Mini Cherry Cheesecakes

I love this recipe for Mini Cherry Cheesecakes! I found it while searching through a Taste of Home cookbook. And the best part is, you don't have to only use cherries! You could make them with blueberries, blackberries, strawberries or ever raspberries! Just pick your favorite and try it!!



So here is a quick, easy, and tasty Cheesecake Recipe that everyone you know will love!

Here is what you need:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powder sugar
1/4 teaspoon alomond or vanilla extract(optional)
1 package mini graham cracker crusts
1/2 cup cherry pie filling

1. In mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and extract until smooth. Spoon into shells. Top with pie filling. Refrigerate untill serving time!


For six crusts i used a half a can of pie filling. If you would like to use the entire can just use 2 packages of crusts(12 pie crusts) and then double the cream cheese, extract, and sugar.
