This is a fantastic recipe!
Especially if you love old fashion Snickerdoodles!
Here's what you need:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon cream of tarter
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
In mixing bowl beat the butter for 30 seconds.
Once the butter is smooth add the sugar, baking soda, and cream of tarter.
Beat until combined. Be sure to scrap the sides!
Once everything is mixed add the egg and vanilla.
Then mix in as much of the four as you can.
Your dough should look like this once everything is mixed:
Next you'll want to refrigerate the dough for 45mins-1 hour.
Once your dough has chilled, it's time to mix together the Cinnamon & Sugar!
Now roll your dough into 1-2 inch balls.
Then roll them in the Cinnamon & Sugar mix!

Be sure to keep an eye on these because when your not looking someone might steal one...
Once your ready, place your cookies in a 375* oven.
Bake them for 9-10mins or until the are brown!
Be sure to enjoy your cookies with a nice hot pot of tea!
