Dutch Baby Pancakes with Caramel Sauce

Dutch Baby Pancakes is a family favorite around here!
We love it sooo much that sometimes we even have it for dinner!!
I had planned to post a recipe for No Bake Cookies but unfortunately they all disappeared before I could snap a picture of the finished product!
I hope you enjoy these AMAZING pancakes instead!!

You will need:

4 eggs
1 stick of butter
1 c flour
1 c Milk
1 t vanilla extract
1/2 t salt

1.While your oven is preheating to 425* place the stick of butter into a medium size baking dish.
Then place dish in oven!

2. Now if you have a stand up mixer USE it!
If you don't have one then you can still use a normal mixer.
Place 4 eggs into bowl. Mix on High for 2-5mins until bubbly.

3. Add flour, vanilla, salt, and milk.
Then beat on High for 8-12mins(until the butter in oven has melted).
The batter should be nice and bubbly like this:

4.Pour batter into baking dish.
Bake for 20mins until puffy and golden brown around edges.
**Side Note: The smaller the pan the thicker the pancake will be. And the pancake can puff up very high! But that usually happens with a bigger pan.**

Now if you would like to go the extra mile then you HAVE to make the Caramel Sauce!
It is Jack's favorite part!!
If not then these really do taste pretty good with maple syrup and powder sugar or with jam.

Here's what you will need for the Sauce:

1/4 c butter
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c light corn syrup

1. In sauce pan melt butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup on medium heat.

2. Bring sauce to boil.
Let it boil for 1min.

3. Let the sauce cool for at least 10mins.
The longer it sits the thicker it will get!

4. Enjoy your Dutch Baby Pancakes with Caramel Sauce!
And trust me, you will LOVE it!!

Don't forget to ENTER this weeks's Giveaway!!!

Till Next Time,
Kate
